U-Cal: Account Deletion Policy

Users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data using one of the following methods:

1. In-App:

Log in → My Account → “Delete Account” → Confirm registered email.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

2. Email Request:

Users may request deletion by contacting us at: [email protected].
Account ownership verification may be required.

3. Support Page (No Login Required):

Users may submit a deletion request through the in-app Support page, which is accessible without logging in. Verification may be required.

Once processed, all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable legal obligations.
